The offender has stolen a Citizen 21 Jewel automatic watch that was on the side. The offender is wearing a black coat with a hoodie underneath, the hoodie is black with the words NEW YORK CIVIL CLUB on it in white, the male is wearing gloves and carrying a rucksack.
