Bourton-on-the-Hill, Moreton-in-Marsh. 0025 of 25/07/24 At around 0200hrs 2 people wearing black with balaclavas were seen fleeing a property after being disturbed trying to crowbar a downstairs window open, leaving damage to the plastic casing of window.
