Information Request - Incident in Nailsworth Town Centre


We're appealing for information regarding incident that occurred on Tuesday 21st January 2025 at around 4:30pm which involved a male approaching a young female at the top of the pathway behind Nailsworth library leading to Hanover Gardens. 


The young female was walking home when a male approached her said hi, asked for her name then proceeded that with a question asking whether the she wanted to go home with him. The young female ignored the male then continued to walking and the male went in another direction. The male was described as in his 30's, stubble with a moustache and wearing a dark coloured hoodie. His hood was up when he approached the female. We are aware this is concerning and will continue patrols and follow up any leads in the area. Safety advice and support was provided to the family.
