Crime prevention - OP SCEPTRE Knife Crime

How to wrap a knife:

To avoid personal injury do not handle the sharp bladed side of the knife. Using a few sheets of newspaper or cardboard carefully wrap the knife with enough material to prevent it piercing through. Seal with lots of sticky tape to stop the knife from being easily removed or falling out of its wrapping.

Going to a knife bin:

Simply place your knife or bladed item in the knife bin

Cheltenham Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat 8am - 8pm / Wed - Thurs 8am - 4:30pm

Remember :

It is still an offence to carry a knife or bladed weapon in a public place but it is reasonable to be in possession of a such an item when it is wrapped as described and being taken DIRECTLY to a weapons bin for disposal.
